Every morning my goal is to get up an hour before my kids, which is usually between 5-6 am. Sometimes that doesn’t always happen, I sleep in, choose not to, and I fall off too.
It comes down to choosing how you’re going to be better in each moment.
I once heard that hitting your snooze button is just like hitting snooze on your life, if you’re not excited by what tomorrow could bring, you will sleep in. If you’re excited, you’ll wake up with passion… so let’s get you excited again and help you live a life you you absolutely love!
