I don’t drink alcohol, because a lot of the extra calories we consume tend to be in drink form and to be completely honest, if I’m going to waste calories, it’s going to be on something chocolate! Ha! 🙂

Here are 3 fun non-alcoholic drinks:



1 Herbalife Orange Lift off

1/2 tsp. Herbalife Lemon Tea Concentrate

Dissolve Liftoff and tea in hot water, add cold water and ice. 


Watermelon Slush

5 cups diced seedless watermelon

2 Tbsp. sugar or Stevia

Juice of 1 lime, optional

Combine all ingredients into a blender, add 1 cup of ice, and blend until smooth. Serve Immediately.


Blueberry Lemon

1 cup blueberries

1/2 tsp. Herbalife Lemon Tea Concentrate

1/4 tsp. lemonade Crystal Light

Crush blueberries, add other ingredients, top with water and ice.
