I’m a mom of 3 and I know what it feels like to lose yourself completely to being a mom. I vowed that would never happen and yet I found Having kids changed my life forever. I wouldn’t trade it for anything, but when I became a mom, I lost touch with my identity, desires, and sense of self. It wasn’t until I started eating healthier, working out, and making myself a priority, that I was able to transform and live my values:
