My name is Erica Hoese (pronounced like hazy). I’m a mom of 3 and I know what it feels like to lose yourself completely to being a mom. I vowed that would never happen and yet I found myself immersed in taking care of everyone else’s needs before my own. It wasn’t until after my third pregnancy that my mindset started to shift. I got to a point in my life where I didn’t even recognize who I was anymore. I had had enough. If that is where you’re at, I get it, and I’m here to tell you, that you can be a great mom, while still looking after and caring for YOU.

Now, I specialize in encouraging and equipping moms to live their happiest, healthiest, and best life.
