It’s for women who want a relaxing weekend away to recharge and BECOME HER, your next level. We’ll explore and discover what that looks like for you throughout the weekend.
•Participate in group meditation & exercise sessions that will leave you feeling refreshed, relaxed, and reset so that you’re ready to get back to your normal life and start kicking butt!
•You’ll learn proper nutritional guidance so that you can start creating a healthy relationship with food and leave with simple recipes to make at home for your family.
•And the best part? You’ll create friendships for life because we are all in this together. We can lean on each other for support.

Our meals will be prepared in our cabin and presented as a “clean-eating-party-style,” so you can leave with simple
recipes to make at home for your family.
