I definitely lean more towards sweets, but if I’m being honest, I do love a good burger, fries, and a coke.

I know it may seem weird that I’m talking about unhealthy meals, but I think it’s important for me to add them in weekly, because I feel like it helps me stay on track for the rest of my week.
