Being a mom doesn’t mean you get to take a backseat. It means you get to create a NEW foundation for yourself and your family.
I’ve used the phrase, “Let’s get you back to your pre-pregancy body” when talking to myself, my clients, and also in my copy.
And I want to apologize, because it’s impossible to get us back to our bodies before pregnancy. The truth is, I wouldn’t want to and you shouldn’t either, because we’re raising some incredible little people because of it!
Being a mom is one of the hardest and most rewarding jobs you have and that doesn’t mean you get to take a backseat.
It means you get to create a NEW foundation for yourself and your family.
You get to show up bigger for them, because you’re showing up for yourself.
And because you’ve had kids, it doesn’t mean you can’t achieve your fitness goals, because… YOU CAN…
You can build your health & body even better… like I am continuing to do… all while loving yourself through the process (and it is a process, yet possible).
