that your kids will love!

Here’s a recipe I made the other night and my kids loved it! and that for me, means success! 🙂

This recipe is for your oven, but I actually cooked mine in our Instapot (which was a Christmas gift)! and it was so easy!

Ingredients:

2 cups whole wheat elbow macaroni or shells
2 cups puréed cooked cauliflower
1/2 cup water or chicken broth
1/2 tsp. Garlic powder
1/2 tsp. Dry mustard
Salt & pepper to taste
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:

  1. Boil noodles and drain.
  2. Add 1/2 cup water or broth to puréed cauliflower.
  3. Mix cauliflower mixture into noodles.
  4. Fold in cheese. Top with Panko bread crumbs.
  5. Bake in a casserole dish at 350 degrees until cheese melts.
