Affirmation Cards


We think anywhere from about 12,000 to 60,000 negative thoughts per day and according to research, 98% of our thoughts are exactly the same thoughts we had the day before! Which proves that we are creatures of habit, so let’s use it to our advantage. Let’s start every day with a positive intention, to help us get in the habit of creating new, inspiring, positive thoughts.

Which is why I created this beautiful 20-card affirmation deck to go along with your morning routine and help you set a positive intention for your day.
