What is she is fierce?
It’s a small group, 8-week training program for up to 8-10 people.
It’s based on accountability and results and to help you transform your body and your mindset. Each person has their own personalized workout, which will allow them to receive individualized attention from me for proper form & technique, while also getting the motivation from a group setting.
