Week 1: Creating Clarity & Scheduling your personal profile

Getting clear on your goals is going to drive you during the good and bad times. Hint: it’s usually always deeper than weight loss.

Week 2: Water & Protein

Water is so important: it aids in digestion, lubricates your joints, & flushes out your system. Protein keeps your body functioning properly and builds lean muscle.

Week 3: Carbohydrates, Fats, & Snacks

Carbs are your body’s main source of energy and fat helps support that as well.

Week 4: Self Talk & Journaling

The same voice that says “give up” can be trained to say, “keep going.” Journaling helps release mental blocks and creates self-awareness.

Week 5: Dining Out & Sugar

How to eat out, stay on track, and enjoy it, so you don’t derail.

Week 6: Meditation & Gratitude

Meditation teaches you how to respond to life, instead of reacting. Gratitude builds positive emotions, stronger relationships, and greater happiness.

Week 7: Sleep, Stress, & Digestion

Stress and lack of sleep can cause you to increase your appetite because you’re more irritable aka “hangry”. Digestion can affect how fat is stored, how you absorb nutrients, and whether you feel hungry or full.

Hi! I’m Erica Hoese

I’m a mom of 3 and I know what it feels like to lose yourself completely to being a mom. I vowed that would never happen and yet I found myself immersed in taking care of everyone else’s needs before my own. It wasn’t until after my third pregnancy that my mindset started to shift. I got to a point in my life where I didn’t even recognize who I was anymore. I had had enough.

Fitness has brought out the real me.

•It’s allowed me to keep pushing through a challenge, even though it was hard.
•It’s allowed me to stand up for what I believe in.
•It’s allowed me to fight back and use my voice.
•It’s given me inner confidence, making me feel powerful in the gym and in life.

Fitness and nutrition have been the gateway to my mind, making me stronger, braver, and FIERCE.

I created SHE IS FIERCE because there aren’t many programs that dive deeper than fitness & nutrition. It’s about taking care of your whole self. A path back to find you again.
