She is You

My name is Erica Hoese (pronounced like hazy). I’m a mom of 3 and I know what it feels like to lose yourself completely to being a mom. I vowed that would never happen and yet I found myself immersed in taking care of everyone else’s needs before my own. It wasn’t until after my third pregnancy that my mindset started to shift. I got to a point in my life where I didn’t even recognize who I was anymore. I had had enough.

 

By nature I am timid, reserved, and a little shy.
What fitness has done for me, is it’s brought the real me forward.
What do I mean by that, you ask?
It’s allowed me to keep pushing though a challenge, even though it gets hard.
•It’s allowed me to stand up for what I believe in.
•It’s allowed me to fight back and use my voice.
•It’s given me an inner confidence and I feel powerful in the gym and in life.

 

Fitness and nutrition have been the gateway to my mind, making me stronger, braver, and FIERCE.

Bringing women together who are determined to become their best for themselves and their families.

It’s an 8-week, small group training program which allows you to receive individualized attention from me for proper form & technique, while also getting the motivation from a group setting. It’s based on accountability and results to help you tighten & tone, shed fat, transform your body and mindset to create lasting results.

 

It’s the perfect way to get on-going support and accountability from me and get lots of encouragement from women who all want to become healthy, strong, and fit.

What does being fierce mean to you?

Frequently Asked Questions

Where are your classes held?
Classes are held in my heated 4-stall garage at my home (pictured above).

What if I can’t make it to a class?
Whatever group class time you commit to is where I would like you to attend the majority of your classes; however, I know life happens, so if I have more than one one class time that’s offered, you can certainly attend another class, as long as it’s twice a week, just let me know. I also post each workout we do on the Facebook page, so you always have the option to do it on your own. 
If you’re going to be gone one week during the 8-weeks, then you can attend an additional class before leaving and an additional class after you return. 

I already attended my two classes during the week and I really want to come to your bootcamp too.

If you want to drop-in to anyone of my bootcamps, it’s only $15 per class; unless you’re counting that as your second workout of the week, then it’s included. If you would like to jump to 3 times a week, then you can do so for an additional flat fee of $150.

 

Do you offer other workouts to do during the week?
I post all of the workouts that we do as a class on our private Facebook page. You’re welcome to repeat them during the 8-weeks. I also give you a cardio plan, an ab plan, and 7 more additional exercises in your ebook.

 

I get nervous trying something new and I’m afraid to put myself out there. What can I do?
I understand completely and a lot of women feel this way, especially when it comes to lifting weights. Everyone is so welcoming and remember that we’re all here for the same reason– to get healthy. You don’t have to feel worried about being judged. This is a safe space.
 

I haven’t worked out in a long time and I’m afraid of failing and not being able to handle it.

I do my best to make it comfortable for everyone. One thing that I do is set a 30 second interval timer, so you can push as hard as you want or as little, so everyone finishes at the same time. I give 2-3 modifications and I am also looking at your form to make sure you don’t injure yourself and that you’re doing everything correctly.

I just don’t have the time to work out. 
This is exactly why it’s a great opportunity for you, because you have accountability with meeting me twice a week and the other ladies in your class. You’re blocking off time for you and that’s the hardest part with starting anything– is making the commitment. 

 

It seems expensive, I don’t know if I can afford that.
Over the course of the 8-weeks, each class averages from $22 – $31, plus you get all the extras and coaching. Your health is an investment and you are the only one that can make that decision if it’s a priority for you.
